Grieving the early, traumatic loss of a parent can feel overwhelming and isolating. This 6-session grief coaching package provides ongoing support, guidance, and tools to help you process your loss and find ways to navigate life after grief. Over the course of 2-3 months, we’ll work together to explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful ways to honor your parent—at your own pace.
